Buying a home from Randall Hall and Luxor Homes was a huge mistake. Randall Hall said tv/internet cable was available. It is not. I have made several warranty claims that they ignore including heating/AC system and loose sub-flooring. The house is very drafty from doors that do not seal. Cigarette smoke from the neighbor's (attached) house leaks into our house.The quality of workmanship and materials is VERY POOR and Luxor Homes DOES NOT HONOR their new home warranty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RANDALL HALL OR LUXOR HOMES.

I am just seeing this report but am very familiar with this client, whom I wish the best to. Despite my efforts, the developer of the community he purchased in was very slow to get comcast service to the new neighborhood. I personally had multiple conversations with this owner, the developer and comcast to address but it took time. All his other concerns were consistently addressed which was a lot of work as this particular client was very difficult to make happy. I understand that we will not be able to make all people happy, but we will always try. Randy
