first of all i am so pist off i ordered some hair  extensions from luxury for porincess (online) they claim to have the best quality hair i was going to order bellami but i heard they didnt have much of a good quality hair, anyways ! i ordered they were a bit pricey but i said what the heck they must be worth it because i paid over $200 dollars (U.S MONEY)  the website didnt even say the extensions were on backorder when i placed my order so i didnt recelive them on time before i went on my trip out of state. i got them 1 month after i used them they looked nice and shiny and healthy the second time i wore them i curled them and they wouldnt straightn anyymore my hair was just so wavy and puffy and super shiny i was told to condition them i did and after they air dryed them remained the same actually worse. they will not go back to straight , the color faded (BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDE) 22INCH 220 GRAMS .... i let them know i sent them a email how i was so upset they replied with try purchasing our new product of hair and send me links to condition products and about new hair , looks like they just copied and paste everything they told me they said i was the only customer complaining about the shipping and hair.. saying everyone loves the hair i told them to please send me new ones i will return these first then they can send me new ones or to please check these out i might of got a bad badge but they said no and honestly didnt listen to anything i wrote they didnt take my words as a customer in concideration they didnt email me back  i send them 3 emails and they did not respond !!! but when you email them for a color or anythingthat benefits them they reply within 3 hours or faster . 

 

i will be calling the bbb on them. that is no way to treat a customer
