LVNV Funding has been placing bogus reporting on my spouses credit report, we hsvr contact them a told them that this is not our account, also the account was removed a couple of years ago and it was placed back, on June of 06, Not only they have placed phone calls to my wife's family inpersonating a divorce lawyer, but they have placed harrassing phone calls to us and my wife's brother, getting to the point where they challenged my brother in law in to a fight.
I will continue to dispute this with the credit bureaus, but beeing a military active duty is hard to be at home all the time.
hopefully this guys get theirs, one day.

I would suggest that you go to radioshack and get a device to record these calls. Once you get them on tape. Submit a complaint and a copy of the tape to your attorney General.
File a complaint with the federal Trade Commission. The people that file the better the chances they will do something.
Never ever give information to these people. They are the lowest dirtbags on earth. They know up to this point that you can't prove anything. They lie and cheat and send you bogus documents which are not debt validation.
Do not pay them anything ever!!!!! This will reset the statute of limitations.
I would also file a complaint with the attorney General of South Carolina. I have one pending against these mafia extortionists.

There is another guy that monitors collection agencies. He knows how to deal with them. He may respond to you
Get your free credit bureau report. Dispute these dirtbags. Keep on disputing them. Dig up anything that proves you don't owe them.
