I know everyone of these people because I live around Ann McLaughlin in 10573 1st Street North St. Petersburg FL in Gateway Mobile Home Park. She is a drunk and so is Lynne Noble. There are numerous people coming and going and I even smelled marijuana as a girl lit up a joint when she was leaving the place. This Lynne girl has been hiding out there for over a year maybe 2. According to Ann, she needed a roommate to help with the bills because she isn't working. She does haircuts to people periodically. Ann has been known for her lack of work tolerance and just wants to buy a 6 pack everyday and get drunk. Apparently, Ann chose the right roommate because this Lynne woman has been seen coming and going on her bicycle accross Gandy Blvd. carrying a 6 pack, cigerettes and who knows what else. I've seen her fall off her bike many times because she was either high on drugs or totally intoxicated. Lynne Noble has had a DUI in the past and has a record of a HIT & RUN from Monroe County in Key West Florida. She has also left the scene of the accident. I have heard that she may have a warrant for her arrest. Ann told me that she caught Lynne going through her things to steal for drugs when times were tough. This big blonde woman who looks like she is going to hurt people with that mean look on her face is a nuisance to society. Ann is collecting rent from her and Ann also had a man roommate prior to Lynne Noble moving in. She had to kick him out because he wasn't paying the rent and he was another drug addict. Of course, he was never approved to live in Gateway either.

What I would like to know is that after all of us owners of our homes here in Gateway have complained, how is it that Lynne Noble is not asked to complete an application or a background check? From what I understand, Lynne has befriended Susan the property manager and Doyce the property realtor. That is my understanding or maybe it is just rumors. Either way, rules have been broken and this Ann McLaughlin seems to get away with it. Also, Ann told me that she inherited her trailer at 10573 1st St. North in Gateway when she was a caregiver to an old sick woman who passed away. I don't even think the title is in Ann mcLaughlins name. She is dodging the radar somehow. I know a lot about Ann and we were friends up until several months ago when she had gotten drunk and got really mean! She had a foul mouth on her and she is no longer my friend.

In the past. we have had other Tenants who have caused multiple problems in the park and again, SUSAN & DOYCE ignore all of our efforts whether we present it to them in a Board meeting or in person. I agree with the NEW person who wrote about this person named LYNNE NOBLE who currently does live in 10573 1st Street. I have seen her and her crowd. She always seems like she is either drunk or high on something. One yime I did try to approach her and assist her when I saw her fall into the bikes in the carport and she yelled, GET AWAY b***h! She was mean and intoxicated so since that time I have only watched her from a SAFE DISTANCE. She does come and go and yes, I have seen her with many a SIX PACK or a BEER in her hand. Sure that is not illegal but when you mix the LETHAL COMBINATION of ALCOHOL and DRUGS you are creating a TIME BOMB. I've researched her past and if you go to MONROE COUNTY in the KEY WEST FLORIDA area, you will find some records. Also, when you goggle her name LYNNE NOBLE GATEWAY or LYNN NOBLE, PULL UP HER MUGSHOTS.

I could care less if the person who responded "JUSTMYTHOUGHTS" talks as if this person was not a problem. THE FACT IS LYNNE NOBLE DID NOT GET AUTHORIZED TO LIVE IN GATEWAY. ANN is hoarding roomates. Yes, I said ANN, because she is my neighbor and I can no longer condone her activities. WE ALL HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES IN THE PARK AND ANN HAS HAD PREVIOUS ROMMATES ALSO WITHOUT AUTHORIZATIO! I believe the last one was a drunking man! NICE ANN! What kind of WOMAN ARE YOU?

i believe who wrote 'JUSTMYTHOUGHTS" was SUSAN THE PROPERTY MGR. 727-579-9425 OR DOYCE THE REALTOR 727-579-9425. Ther have been several phone calls and messages left to the both of them and if something isn't done SOON we are contacting the PROPERTY OWNERS NEXT.

ONCE YOUR OUT ON THE INTERNET YOUR NAME WILL ALWAYS BE PULLED FROM CYBERSPACE! Everyone start GOOGLING the name of GATEWAY MOBILE HOME along with SUSAN PROPERTY MANAGR, DOYCE THE REALTOR and even TYPE IN THEIR PHONE NUMBERS. It will take a few days to move up into the search engines to get them on the first page of GOOGLE but it will GET THE MESSAGE OF ALL OF US OWNERS OUT THERE ON THE INTERNET and SUSAN & DOYCE APPARENTLY you both DON'T GIVE A CRAP and DON"T FOLLOW THE RULES and the PROTOCOL of the GATEWAY MOBILE HOME PARK in ST. PETERSBURG FLORIDA

LET'S FINALLY GET THE GARBAGE OUT OF THE PARK and show that we have ETHICS that we follow and not just a LAZY JOB like SUSAN & DOYCE. Susan and Doyce, it's time you either get off the pot and do something or maybe it's time for you both to retire early since you both seem DISABLED MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY, or maybe you both need to FIND A NEW JOB "LIKE BABYSITTING A SNAKE IN AN AQUARIUM".

 You claimed that you were looking for a "mobile home to buy" i just read your report and it seems to me like you were only looking into "buying a mobile home" in this park was to make contact with the people so you can ramble on to the owners, or managers of the park about a person that you dont like. Seriously, IF this is really going on as you claim it is, instead of adding someone picture on a web site, and putting info out there like this, IF it were really happening most "normal" people would contact the local police department and make a complaint and explain what is going on.

Everyone makes mistakes, and even if this person did have issues in the past, they might have cleaned up their act and paid their debt to society and has turned their life around.  I dont know this person, nor do i live anywhere around there but still, it seems to me like whom ever made this report is just mad about something, or dislikes this person.
