I bought a Nissan Versa 2007 model car from above mentioned company on October 19th 2006. I got the delivery in night at around 10:00 pm after all documentation. Next day (Friday) I didn't used the my new car. On Friday day evening sales person of my car called me to notify that my car tires are faulty, don't drive the car and asked me to bring the car to Nissan company next morning. On Saturday morning I really saw my car in day light and noticed there is slight gap in front left bumper which I showed it to sales person. He compared it with other car and verified.

But on saturday service station didn't had tires so asked me to bring car on next weekend. Till then I didn't drove my car. On next saturday I took my car to lynnes service station along with my sales man. All the issues were marked. They replaced tires and they couldn't fix the bumper. And for bumper they said it has to sent to bodyshopers and asked me to wait till first oil change which is after 1000 miles. They said I might have to leave car for few days and I will get rental car from lynnes for fews days. When I took my car for oil change and also notified about the pending bumper issue. They said leave the car but I didn't got any car rental which I was ok.

But in afternoon service station supervisor called and said lynnes sales team is not approving the bill so they cannot fix. When I asked for reason they said it being more than a month so they are not ready to approve. Service station team made a temporary fix to car bumper. But bumper still protrudes out. It was they who said they fix it when I come for first oil change. Since then they are pushing me around like a football. They don't pick my phone, they don't reply to my voice mail. I even notified Nissan customer care. They had chat with them, but still nothing happened. On saturday 02rd June 07 I met Lynnes sales manager again. He said he will surely get this problem sorted out on monday (04th June 07). He gave his card and asked me call on monday morning. But after trying for 10 times I could manage to reach him at 6:00pm monday, he said it will taken be careoff and transfered phone to sales person who sold me the car. And sales person said I have to talk to him, later he said nothing happening you should talk to GM or Nissan.

This is complete cheating. I never though American company will manage customers like this. Even a developing country like India you will never face this problem. I am so upset and helpless right now. I bought a new car which doesn't new car effect due to this problem. I hope some solution will come by...
