I am a recent victim of J. Miller. I went to Millers office for a postion as a legal assistant. Instead, I walked into a pyramid scheme and was expected to pay $250 to join. I was kind enough to let Miller finish his "presentation" and then I basically told him to go **** himself using a condom to display my disappointment. I walked into his office expecting an opportunity to be a legal assistant and to learn a new set of skills to help me in my long term career but instead left extremely frustrated and disappointed. DO NOT TRUST Miller!!

Simple accidental Interview vs. Overview of business Services

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, September 03, 2015

The matter that the gentleman is complaining about was a simple error. Our office has been in the process of restructuring to provide only business and credit restoration services through a third party company. We placed an advertisement to hire a part time administrative assistant and simultaneously also placed ads for Commission only Sales representatives for the Credit Restoration services we offer. We received multiple responses to both ads and they were simply mixed up.

First, the gentleman replied to the administrative assistant advertisementlabeled Sales Agent. He was then scheduled to come to an interview. He later emailed and informed us that he would not be able to attend the interview as he had other obligations. Once this occurred, we simply cancelled his appointment for the interview and placed something else in the same time slot...that something else was a meeting with all whom would reply to be Commission only Based Sales Agents for our Credit Restoration service.

The gentlemen didnt realize that he had cancelled his appointment with us by mistake. He thought he'd cancelled an appointment with someone else he knew (Note, his interview was originally scheduled with Mr. Miller, once the gentlemen cancelled, that was it. Mr Miller was not scheduled to present an overview or presentation nor did he...which is irrelevant anyway). In any case Mr. Miller was not aware of any of this until the last minute after having invited the gentlemen to join in and therefore instructed an associate to continue what was already planned, (WHICH WAS NOT AN INTERVIEW) instead it was what we call an OVERVIEW of our credit restoration services and how to become and Agent. The service is not a "Pyramid Scam" however if one was to take advantage of becomeing an Agent, the process is in fact Network Marketing.

Wrather than take the time to discuss the error the gentleman was less than cordial and instead was EXTREMELY upset. We can understand why after the fact, but the simple errors and mix up do not rise to the calibar that warrants any formal complaints.

In any case we do offer our sincerest apologies for any confusion, misunderstanding and or inconvenience and wish the gentlemen well in future endeavors.
