I paid this guy 1500.00 as a deposit for web design. He checked out OK. Had other sites he developed and said all of the right things. Gave me a landing page after 3 weeks into the project and then disappeared. Won't return calls or e-mails. Avoid Joe Gibbie any one associated with Mad Men design
