We had a confirmed reservation with Madeline Lipton on Rover.com for a day of pet sitting while we attended a remore work event in Aspen. Madeline confirmed the reservation only to cancel without warning with less than two days notice beofre the confirmed reservation. Cancelations with such short notice are against Rover.com policy.

Madeline has shown she is completely unorganzied and unprofesional with her business, and based on our direct experience, we do not recomend trusting her with your pet.
