Ordered Magic Tracks on November 2nd. I was sent email they were backordered promising that I would receive in time for Christmas. On December 15th I enquired about order and told them to cancel if it was not available.
On December 16th They generated a Fed Ex tracking number and charged my credit card.
Fed Ex Tracking displays the following message "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." This was three days ago. I called the phone number and held for 1 hr 15 minutes and was then disconnected. None of my emails have been answered to customer service and the phone number from customer service agent saying they were back ordered in November is no longer in service.
Emails are now bouncing back
Very poor customer service, plus charging customers for a product they cannot deliver. They deliberately processed the credit card for payment when I requested the order be cancelled implying the order would ship 12/16/16.
