Our complany purchase Affiliate Magic, it came with no instructions and none available on the site.  I submitted several help tickets with no reponse.  Sumbitted help-ticket for refund, no response.  Only after I filed a complaint with paypal did someone respond saying, "uninstall the software and resubmit ticket for refund." 

I uninstalled the software and sumbitted another refund ticket, month later, still no response.

Paypal won't resolve, can't get any tech support.

Classy looking web page, unworking product, NO support.  No refunds.

Avoid Magic Affiliate.
