Complaint Review: magnetic emporium - Internet Internet
magnetic emporium I did receive an email from them today 11/19/09 they said that they would be sending the product out to me. phone numbers don't work because of new phone system. I will update. prevous listed this is just an update Internet
The store promised to send me a necklace and bracelet charged my credit card. the phone numer listed rang and rang. the number on the charge slip belongs to another company. I did send an e-mail telling the company that I would take further action and that I would think the were fraudulant if I did not hear from them. The company apologized and said I should not have been charged until the item was sent. they also did not say when they were sending the product but it was on back order. I sent them another e-mail telling them to immediatly refund my card until they are ready to ship my order. they said they are shipping my order today. I had advised them that I was contacting my credit card company and consumers affairs to see if they were creditable agency and they said that the customer is the number one priority. of course all by email. hopefully all is taken care of and the items will be shipped today and the case is closed. Sometimes things do really go wrong and a company is wrongly accused lets hope this was the case.
