They advertised free sample of Magnum Pump XR for the payment of shipping cost. Then they sent along a second product called Magnum Blast, which I did not order. Then they charged me $194 for both products claiming the FREE SAMPLE was good for only 14 days. This limited time was not easily discernable from the advertising material.
Including the second product was something I was not aware of and feel they deceptively and fraudulently included this without my knowledge.
First of all there is no way to really tell if the product is producing any of the results they claim in 14 days and as far as I can tell it is nothing more than SNAKE OIL. Even 30 days supply, which is what they sent me, may not be long enough to see results, but it is long enough toestablish a baseline.
I want a refund. Short of that, they should change their advertising to more clearly reflect what they are doing and take the deception out of the equation.

The company has issued and I have received in my bank account a full refund of the purchase price. Once I elevated this issue above a phone call to their offices, customer service was very quick to issue a refund and indicated they would look into their marketing practices to try to avoid confusion in the future.
I would like to withdraw my complaint since it has been resolved and they should not be tagged with a long term negative report since they were willing to resolve the issue very rapidly.
