 had my house built in jan 2009 since then starting from the begining the first week i noticed my rug int the master bedroom was wet. i called them and with in a couple days they came and fixed it. then in march i noticed it was hot come to find out my heat was showing a 75-80 degrees when it was only set at 63, not knowing if it was a fluke i waited. i headed to alabama on vacation, when i came back my house was scroching. i contacted maine soruce they attemted to fix this. in the mean time i spent about 3000.00 in two months on oil (energy efficient home?)

when summer came i started getting craters in my yard one being at least 12x10 ft total craters filled thru the summer was 4 or 5 so few im thinking hopefully were done. come may the following year we had a huge rain storm about 2 days i go in my base ment and there was at least 6 inchs water course this is where all my storage is placed .again i called them they came in and so called fixed this what they did at first was put a pipe coming out the back end of my house (that is still there today) to rush all the water into my back yard and left it oevr a week where it continued constantly pumping water in back where my dogs go out. finally they cam and put a sub pump then a "man">? came and dog from my house to the very fron of my yard where my water was "supposed to drain" and i beleive put more piping they seeded and grassed once again, keep in mind this is where the crates develeoped earlier in the season. was it related? i dont know. his reasoning was "well we did get alot of Rain.

k so a couple months later i have mold coming thru my ceiling in the master bacthroom i called again they came bleached and painted never told my why? no about 9 months later i again have bleach at this time its bad and going into my bathroom. so they cam again and painted and bleached and alo fixed the fan why wasnt that looked at the year before? so the very next day i notice the heat it was ot again so i put the therm at 42 and for three days it sat at 42 and was still 70-75 so i called today and made a complaint now they say sorry out of contract and they wont pay.

i have been out of contract and they have been fixing cause they know there is a problem some wheer i beleive that is why they have tried to help. so at this point im fed up i paid 185,000 for this house with less then 2 acres and have had nothing but problems. also not one time have i receievd reports of the problems and corrections. i did ask the heating guy if he knew the problem from prior year he did not know i said you dont take notes he said no. please let me know what i can do i am a single mother that people seem to take advantage of cause they know they can. i appreciate your assistance.
