Malik Zaman Usa investor realty Misrepresentation and harrassment Palm beach gardens Florida

I should have researched him before I used him. Incredible that he still is a real estate agent after so many ppl complained. But since I signed the listing agreement, lot of things he said didnt make sense, like the same day it was signed, i wanted to change it. He claims he cant change the agreement coz he already sent it to an offshore bank and they open coz they are a day ahead. Well, we were on Saturday evening. Supposedly has a foreign buyer and yet he wants a lockbox on my door. I asked why. He says its just formality, policy, or whatever. Luckily i never gave him my key. I decided to google him and found numerous complaints. I asked to get out of the listing agreement coz he misrepresented himself.

He was saying "give me the key. Give me the key. Stop playing games." Hmm.. I dont play games. He continued nonstop texting me and threatening me. So i got my friend to talk to him. Malik called the police to complain that he was threatened physically. Yeah, right. Waste police time. People like that should be shipped back to where they came from. Nuisance to society. Oh and first he says send him an email to cancel the listing agreement. I did for second time and he still refused to. Yet ALL DAY LONG, he continued texting me and harrassing. I have to say i wonder if he is mentally ill. And i also said to him if u r reputable and u spent $0 with my house, just cancel the sh** already and stop wasting my time. Im old and i should know better than to fall for his cr@p. How do i get so lucky and meet these kinds of people?
