I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in July 2006. The vehicle has been towed on three different occasions due to an electrical problem resulting in car shutting down while in motion. Last tow on September 2,2006 which resulted in dealership losing car for three weeks, finding car in back lot, losing key to vehicle and now refusing to release vehicle to me.

All personnel involved have been rude, unprofessional and discrimatory towards me with words and actions. I have all documentation on this encounter with this dealership.

To date they still have possession of vehicle despite repeated attempts to retrieve vehicle.
