Manheim Tampa Beware, deceitful tactics, bumping the price on vehicles. Tampa Florida

Atten: Auto Dealers. Once again a terrible experience with Manheim Tampa. I was bidding on simulcast ( a way to bid onlline) for a vehicle where I was the succeful high bidder on a Mercedes at $10,800, but then a lane bidder outbid with $200 and the price went to $11,000, the announcer was looking for $11,100 but no one else bid. Per auction rules, if you bid on a vehicle and and you'are the succeful high bidder you won the car. Not in this case. Now they want me to buy the car. Where did the $11,000 buyer when to?? A fake bid? Shill bidding? Fraud?You decide. I have a paper copy regarding all bids placed on the car, proving there was a bid for $11,000. I called and  spoke with Anthony Fordyce(simulcast manager) explaining him exacly what have happened. He proceeded to tell me that he would review the video and call me. Wrong, he e-mails me. This is what he said "The auctioneer was trying to to run up you original bid, and never actually had a bid above yours. When he didn't he went right back to your number and sold it". LIE. If they refuse to cancel the transaction, I have proof and groud for legal actions. Also, I did contact corporate office ,where they will try do something about it.
