My company hired this company to work on a developing a software application. The contract had specific terms of service. The company guaranteed that the project would be completed 100% based on the price that we agreed upon. They also guaranteed to complete this work within six weeks. As I added a few features to the specs, they told me that it would not increase the cost or time needed for development. After FOUR MONTHS of work, the project was abandoned by the company. They would not return emails or phone calls. They were paid in full, yet the support that they promised was not given to me.
I proceeded to file a suit with small claims court to recover the money that I paid this company. The company's address was false. The court documents were returned. I eventually found another address the this company was supposedly operating under. The court documents were again returned. I paid the Fairfax County Sheriff's Department to serve the court documents to the address the the company operates under, but the Sheriff found that no such entity exists at that address. Even after two months of trying to serve this company the court documents for the hearing, I never received a reply to emails and voicemail. I then proceeded to start a website explaining this situation to the world when I was promptly called by the "Company's Lawyer" to take the site down or be sued. At that point I was finally able to contact the owner of the company. He insisted that the application was completed, but it clearly does not work.
I have since hired a new team of programmers that have found so many problems with the existing code that they are basically starting from scratch. I am now paying thousands of dollars to redo what this company was supposed to complete to begin with. This company clearly does not stand behind their service. The project was only a few thousand dollars, but that is money that was clearly lost. The CEO claims that his "million dollar company doesn't have time to squabble over a few thousand dollars." If that's the case, then give it back to me!

THE REASON WE ARE ALL IN TROUBLE ECONOMICALLY IN THE USA NOW IS BECAUSE THESE CORPORATIONS WANTED TO DO EVERYTHING ON THE CHEAP AND SO THEY TOOK THEIR BASES OF OPERATION OUT OF OUR COUNTRY AND TOOK AMERICAN JOBS WITH THEM AND THEY STARTING OUTSOURCING TECH JOBS AND YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS!
YUPPIES SO NOT WANT TO PAY ANYBODY FOR THEIR WORK AND LIE AND SCAM AND CHEAT AND STEAL EVERYTHING AND FROM EVERYBODY THEY CAN.
THE OLD CORPORATE LEADERS --THAT THE YUPPIES BACKSTABBED AND RIDICULED-- KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY KEPT US SAFE AND ECONOMICALLY COMPETITIVE AND VIABLE AND PEOPLE HAD JOBS.
I DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR YOU AT ALL.
IT IS ALSO EASIER TO RIP OFF PEOPLE WHO ARE OVERSEAS THAN HERE BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS LEGAL JURISDICTIONS. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ONE WORLD ORDER JUSTICE SYSTEM YET.
I AM SORRY FOR THE INDIAN PEOPLE IN INDIA WHO TRIED TO DO THE WORK. SOUNDS LIKE TO ME THAT THEY UNDERBID THE JOB SO CHEAP THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD MEET THE OBLIGATIONS WAS TO FARM IT OUT TO STUDENTS SO THEY ARE NOT ENTIRELY WITHOUT BLAME HERE EITHER.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GREEDY CORPORATIONS THAT YOU CAN'T USE AMERICAN PEOPLE??? WE HAVE SOME TREMENDOUSLY TALENTED INDIAN PERSONS WHO ARE WORKING HERE IN THE US FOR US CORPORATIONS, MAY EVEN OWN THE CORPORATION BUT THE MONEY STAYS HERE IN THE USA.
YOU YUPPIES ARE THE REASON OUR COUNTRY IS IN THE TERRIBLE MESS IT IS IN AND I HOPE THAT YOU PEOPLE WILL GET WHAT IS COMING TO YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID TO US!

This is a rebuttal to the posting made in your consumer reporting website and publication Ripoff Report (ripoff.com) by Neil about Mani India Technologies (P) Ltd and MS International Ltd on behalf of his company Athletech Data systems. Except the fact that that there exists a service contract and hiring between our company and Athetech systems, other statements including that the service offered by our company is inadequate and nuff are fictitious and untrue. In the event of his unlawful demand beyond the contractual obligations and our company's refusal to cope up with his unjust demand he has been engaging in such activities.
His such posting amounts to serious Defamation against our company and he is liable to be proceeded for such negative comments regarding the service of our company even though our services and Goodwill were acknowledged by him and is evidenced.
As alleged, there is no such suit initiated and pending against our company and is perse false. If, Unless he immediately cease and desist all such activities and post a 'take back' message in the same website, we will have no choice but to take the appropriate legal steps to enforce and protect our rights including, without limitation, filing claims for his unfair publication of 'trade libel' and 'interference' with our company's business progress.
