Marion country jail, Salem, Oregon. the jail intentionally broke their own safety rules.violated my rights.created a dangerous situation resulting in a possible life sentence for me. Salem Oregon

 The Marion co. Jail international placed a 16 yr. Old mail minor in a cell with a dangerous predator sex offender not once but 12 different times.with intention to create a dangerous situation that could result in a life sentence for the writer.obvious this was wrong and several rules and common sense were ignored all staff allowed this to occur using a code of silence. Several possible reasons for this attack on me.regardless how you view this IT spells conspiracy and corruption and gross neglect. Clearly my tax dollars should not support this attack on my rights of living in a safe community and being treated with fairness.I'm facing trial on 4 changes of sex abuse # 2 if I'm convicted they avoid being held accountable for their actions. This attack on me is the twelfth time. If anyone can help please contact me.
