Mark Danielson was given a 3500 retainer and has been extremely high and intoxicated every time we have had meetings and depositions. On top of the cost of the retainer he is a very disturbed individual who had done nothing but submit billing hours for hours that do not exist. This is a plea for help as complaints have been submitted to the various managers of the law firm however no action has been taken.
