Individual has reports on multiple sites for Real Estae and Ebay fraud. Has worked under the aliases of: The Mix Residences, www.themixresidences.com, aloha dude, alohadude03, Darius Malenkia, Mark Malekia and others. He is arrogant and pushy but obviously uneducated as his spelling and grammar is quite poor. He may claim to be a retired Civil Engineer but is unable to answer ANY question about the trade. He will refuse to supply any ID for a transaction and will act appalled that I you ask him to.
He has perpetrated sale an rental Real Estate scams (deposits wothout delivery of property) and most recently tried to pull an auto auction scam (asking for partial and full payment of auction vehicle that he doesnt own) on me at Ebay. I have FOUND remnants off him on Craigslist as well. He will retaliate with childish actions of fake Craigslist postings and other like events. Stay clear of this sad little individual, he apparently has nothin but time to perpetrate scams and attempt retaliation for those that discover his ruse
