You're parents should have a case number, and the name and phone number of the investigating detective.

Don't let "the system" forget about this.  Your parents need to contact the investigative detective WEEKLY to obtain investigation updates.  Your parent should also contact your county/city District Attorney to ensure this complaint doesn't get lost in the woodwork.  In other words, your parents are going to have to apply some pressure to the authorities so that this case is ACTIVELY INVESTIGATED and so the DA will prosecute.

The first thing that should happen is a request for a SEARCH WARRANT to examine his computers.  Also, the will need to supply a subpoena to his web host and internet service provider to obtain any backup copies of his website and website change logs.  If you know the approximate date that the images were removed from his website, that will help the investigators to find evidence of the pictures.  The subpoena needs to executed quickly for obvious reasons.

Hi, I just wanted everyone to know, that I told my parents what happened, when and where etc. My parents spoke to the police where I live and filed a report against Mark Valinsky. A few days later my parents were contacted by a detective and the detective came to our house. I gave hime the copies of the pictures that Mark took of me and the detective said that they will be investigating the matter. Thanks everyone for your advice.

If you are for real, you need to stop posting here and have your parents contact the authorities IMMEDIATELY.

By posting here, you are opening them up to civil/legal liabilities from the man you are accusing, and possibly crossing the line yourself into illegal actions.

In addition, let's say this is all on the level, and he has these photos you describe. How would you ever know he's sent you all copies, whether film based or digital, if he were to send you anything?

He could store multiple digital copies of anything anywhere. Even film negatives can be duplicated.

If your last request was on the level, it paints you as incredibly naive, or as not being for real.

Ripoff Reports and other social media are not the venues for playing a situation like this out.

IF what you stated is true, the DA will prosecute this scum.  At the very least they will investigate the matter.  This will likely include confiscating any computers he has to examine them for pictures of you.  Even if he deleted the pictures they can be recovered and used as evidence against him.  You claimed that he had a picture of you on his website and took it down when you demanded it be removed.  A forensic computer analysis of his computers (and the website server/ISP if needed) will easily determine if this is true.

Your rational for not calling the police doesn't wash.  It will cost you and your family NOTHING to file a criminal complaint with your county/city D.A.  Plenty of other wealthy celebrities have been prosecuted and convicted for similar offenses.  Roman Polanski comes to mind.

If you're not willing to have your family contact the D.A and prosecute this guy, then there is some other aspect to your story that you're not telling.  It might be some drug issue or 'pay for sex" issue but that is irrelevant to having this schmuck prosecuted.  That would be grounds for additional charges against him and would probably mean that if he's convicted, he might actually spend some time behind bars.  This is assuming what you have posted is TRUE.

The way to STOP him is to have him prosecuted.  Postings on the internet, especially serious allegations mean NOTHING.  Anyone can post anything.

At this point, if you're not going to tell your parents there really isn't much to be done by posting this on the internet.  Most folks know how to filter out the bullsh*t.  When SERIOUS allegations of a crime, especially a crime against a child, are posted with NO FOLLOW-UP with government authorities, it usually means the story is bull.

You claim to want to prevent him from doing this to someone else.  If that is true, then you'll talk with your parents and they will contact the D.A. and file formal charges against this guy.

You made serious allegations here about this guy, and it could have serious legal/civil implications for your parents, or you, if not followed through to the next level.

Thanks for your support everyone, Yes this is the same Mark Steven Valinsky who took those pictures of me when I was 13 etc. This is what I know of Mark, he is very connected in Hollywood and with politics, his picture is everywhere with celebrities, politicians etc. I don't stand a chance going to anyone, who am I? I am no one just a 15 year old girl who comes from a poor family who wants to make something of her life and be something more. I am just letting other girls know who Mark Valinsky is so that they can beware of this creepy guy. #1.  No need for shame!  You were, and still are, a child.  As such, you cannot entire into or be bound by a contract-those pictures are NOT his unless your parent or guardian signed a release.

#2.  Talk to your parents and contact law enforcement to press charges against this creep!  Posting here doesn't accomplish much, if anything.  CONTACT THE POLICE!
