Market Leader Realtor Beware - Bogus Leads Seattle Washington

I found myself in a six month contract at $950 per month and no way out. I followed up on each lead but each lead was either "just looking" or already working with a realtor. Most leads signed up on my Market Leader website just so they could look at houses for one night and then opted out the following day. Almost no one left a telephone number and less than 1% responded to my outreach.

I have had better luck with random buyers, who happend to find me online or see one of my listings, than with the $5000 I spent on Market Leader. Last year I converted and closed two random leads but was unable to convert any leads from my Market Leader website. I admit I didn't do my homework before signing up and, believe me, I paid for that mistake. I hope any realtor sees this and other disappointed customer comments, and makes the decision not to use Market Leader. Bogus leads.
