#1 Consumer Suggestion

If it smells fishy it is fishy......

Trust in your instinct. You posted your question here, because you felt, something was fishy. If a business smells fishy it is usually is fishy.

A company with a mailing address as only contact info.

A company without any reference on the internet.
A company that is so verbose describing what is NOT it's business, but not saying anything what is it's business.

About the $470 instantly... Sure. Discount coupons for overpriced junks, services "worths of $470" Worths for who?

Why 116.500? Why not 113.789? or 156.345?
Consider this offer as a gambling offer. Would you spend $40 in the hope to be millionairs? (Actually I think you have better chance to be a lottery millionairs by playing with 40 $1 tickets, than to get $100 from this business.)

I can offer you a free idea, how to get thousands of dollars with very little investment.
Send letter to people that promising to tell them the secret of how to be millionaire for $50. You will be rich very fast:-)
