Mason Captial rip off they did nothing on help with forclouser VENTURA BLVD SUITE 345 Nationwide

I hired them for my ex-wife property and got assured they would do a loan mod .They did a the loan was full of fraud a blind man could see it they did nothing to address it .They claimed to have an attorney look at it .But they could not possibly have had an attorney because they would have noticed that with a 724 credit score to get a over a 10 percent interest rate .within the last year and a half .

The loan officer lied to her and not MASON CAPITAL MIGHT AS WELL DONE NOTHING .And they do refund on there agreements attached to resolve this issue
within 120 days .Then they did not and leave you defenseless I have 10 days and have no idea where they left off negotiating .The property was to go towards MY SONS SCHOOLING .I have called dozens of times and they clain that they per longed the foreclosure But in Florida it takes 120 days anyway to foreclose on the norm .

Be warned this company has some smooth takers but they don't do anything for there clients .I know someone who worked there and they confided with me that they did not do anything on the file except collect dust .I wish someone would start a class action law suit against this company because taking advantage of people with there last bit of cash to save there how and not do what they promised is the lowest form of human being and thats being nice,If I do not get a refund I would love to picked them .And would do the same for anyone in south Florida.They are in ca .But not beyond fairness and doing what is wright .
