I have "pre-paid" for 3 massages for my girlfriend. Massage Envy is holding those pre-paid massages hostage because my credit card declined payment for the next month's dues. I explained that my credit card was breached and I had to cancel the card and I have not yet received my new card. They refuse to honor the "pre-paid" massages! Holding these massages hostage seems very illegal to me. Please investigate. I'm going to cancel my membership's with them and report them to the Better Business Bureau as well. This is NOT good business! I've reported them to Tom Martino at www.troubleshooter.com as well as the Better Business Bureau. I PAID FOR THESE MASSAGES! I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THEM!
