Masters Roofing Took advatage and mislead us. Insurance paid for gutter damage but masters did'nt tell us and they kept the money Cordova Tennessee

This Company has defrauded my family and I. They came knocking on my door and they were very polite. They are DISHONEST. They created damage on our roof and then told us to file a claim with our insurance provider, which we did. Then the insurance came out and imformed us Master may have created damage. The Insurance did Pay for the roof and the some of the gutters. But we didnt know about the gutter Masters took the $650 and kept it for them selves. Then the salesman became very rude and pushy with us. We do NOT recommend this company.

I am the owner of Masters Roofing. We have built as of today 9/25/2013, 2849 new roofs for customers in the Cordova/Memphis area alone. Hard to believe? stop by our office and we can hand you a reference list of how ever many elated customers reviews you would like to see or better yet call the BBB and personally ask them about our company. We are not your typical roofing company and feircly defend our reputation against false or inaccurate claims. We have never been contacted by a "Gavin" regarding any issue involving these allegations, we have also not built a home in cordova within the last 90 days for anyone with that name. I would like alittle somethng more to go on? I welcome a reponse with more info to further address this. By the way, our door is always open to anyone who ever has an issue with our service or professionalism.
