Mat Napchen of Digital Gadgets www.digitalgadgets.com Wire Transfer Payment Fraud Monroe Township, New Jersey

1 day after the posting of this article, the google link provided in the report showing the cached information of Digital Gadgets in the whois for everything-technology.net was lost.  Also, 1 day after the posting, I was contacted by an attorney with thread of law suit.  Provided below is clear evidence of sister company or alias relationship between Everything Technology and Digital Gadgets.  Notice that the r99zk8bg96f@networksolutionsprivateregistration.com email address for the administrative contact is the same for all 3 domains (everything-technology.net, everything-technology.com, and digitalgadgets.com).  Also, notice that if you search this email address on google, there are only 4 results and 3 of which mention Digital Gadgets.  This is proof that all 3 domains belong to the same Network Solutions hosting account and therefore there is a sister company or alias relationship between them.  In case the emails are changed, below is a screenshot taken as of 3:30pm EST 12/21:

Also, below is a copy of the original email from Mat in which he falsely stated "As for our trade references, please contact Shelley Chera 646-597-4685 at Digital Gadgets LLC they are our biggest customer and have been for the last 2 years."

If you are with Digital Gadgets, then please provide trade reference evidence to me that you have engaged in wire transfer transactions with other businesses before and the customer was satisfied.  I will then update this report to show that the evidence checks out and that your company can likely be trusted for wire transfer pre-payment.  Mat's act of dishonesty coupled with the website and linkedin profile that appeared to be created for show, provides strong evidence of possible fraudulent activity for which our readers have a right to know.  Digital Gadgets sells on Amazon and has good reviews from customer.  As their customer feedback shows, they can be trusted for Amazon purchases.  However, the question remains why was Mat dishonest and what are Digital Gadget's true intentions in contacting other resellers and offering wholesale deals with requirement of wire transfer prepayment.  I had asked Mat if I could purchase on Amazon or by Paypal and I was told that only wire would be accepted.  Given that Mat was not willing to accept my order through Amazon and the fact that he was untruthful in his relationship with Digital Gadgets, I was and still am very much convinced that his intentions were to commit fraud.  As my company was contacted by Mat unsolicited, I feel I was the target of such fraud and I have a right to share the facts as I do not wish for Digital Gadgets to successfully defraud any companies or individuals.  I am very much willing to share additional facts that would clear the good name of Digital Gadgets in the event that Mat provides valid trade references involving wire transfer prepayment as my intentions are only to state the facts so that potential online fraud is reported.  I hope that you will not pursue this matter further with your attorney in litigation but instead will respond to this report with facts that show your company can be trusted in sending wire transfer prepayment.
