Had a membership expire in Dec 2015 where I had paid the reply for free. Renewed again roughly 1/12/16 where I also paid separate for this feature. After 2 weeks of sending out roughly 9 messages and getting not one response back I began to think about how long it’s been since anyone responded back to my messages. Last time I could remember was from a man that I ended up dating and he was a PAID member and most recently in Jan from another paying member. The feature is supposed to allow non paying members to respond to my messages since I paid for the extra service. So I set up a dummy profile with another email and sent  my other self (non-member) an email. My other self got the message just fine. So I responded back. I GOT NOTHING. NADA. I did this from my computer, through my phone, tablet and work computer. Even set up yet another identity and checked that. Messages would get recieved yet not I wouldnt always get thier responses. 

Filed a complaint with Match.com which I have attached demanding my money back. Oddly enough after filing this complaint I can receive messaged responses back from my other self as long as they are sent from either my phone or computer. When I respond using my tablet it’s like it was never even sent. So match of course apologized and sorry we may have had a tech glitch and we'll give you 2 weeks free. Well I said that unacceptable and I demand a refund because I'm not quite sure how long this has been going on and I was obviously paying for something I wasn’t getting and have all the screen shots to prove this. Once again...sorry but we don’t make refunds on subscriptions. Me...Once again I am not satisfied with 2 weeks and demand a refund and I will be posting this online and filing a complaint with the BBB...because how do you explain it started working only after I made my complaint and demand for action. How many other match users are paying for this and don’t even know its perhaps not working. As well as the fact it’s still not working correctly 100% of the time. Response from match.com....okay...here is s a full refund and you might not wanna pay for that feature again.
