Match.com obviously never heard of the phrase "The customer is always right." They do not clearly disclose when you pay for a subscription that your account will continue to be automatically renewed UNTIL you pick up the phone to cancel the subscription. They sell packages of 1, 3 or 12 month memberships. But what is the purpose of a 1-month membership when they keep automatically renewing and charging your credit card??? I paid for 1 month thinking my account would expire after one month. WRONG! As a "courtesy" they felt obliged to keep charging my account!!!! This should be illegal!!!!
