Mathew Jaye Properties LLC aka Brian Montonati Uses Bogus Entity Addresses to Avoid Court Service To Rip Off Service Providers on Rental Properties Tulsa Oklahoma

On June 15, 2017, Brian Montonati with Mathew Jaye Properties LLC called Brians Heat and Air in Tulsa to a rental property owned by Mathew Jaye Properties LLC to install a window air conditioner.  The tenant Brittany Payne (918) 592-8940 was living in a rental property owned by Mathew Jaye Properties LLC without air conditioning.  Due to the nature of the request, Brians Heat and Air was willing to install the window air conditioner immediately for $175.00 which Brian Montonati agreed to pay by invoicing him at pokes30@hotmail.com  After invoicing Brian Montonati at the given email address, the bill was never paid.  I have tried to reach out to Brian Montonati by phone and email on several ocassions and have been unsucessful in resolving my complaint.  I attempted to serve him via Certified Letter to 10307 N 115th E Ave Owasso, OK 74055 after conducting a property search for the owner of 4304 N Hartford Tulsa, OK 74106 at tulsacounty.org.  When the owner name popped up "Mathew Jaye Properties LLC" with an address in Owasso, OK, I questioned the legitimacy of his company.

 I then called the Oklahoma Secretary of State to confirm that this business is a legitimate business registered in Oklahoma and it is.  I sent a Certified Letter to 10307 N 115th E Ave Owasso, OK 74055 to serve a final notice before going to small claims court and the letter was returned for the following reason: Return To Sender Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to Forward.  I suspect this property owner is registering his business illegitimately to avoid service when he hires HVAC Contractors and doesnt pay them on his rental properties.  He is ripping off service providers to maintain his properties so that he can continue to collect rent.  I want to get paid for the time invested in "his" property immediately plus $30 for attempted service.
