Max Belbin is a liar and a fraudster. He is the Managing Director of this company PP Financing Limited and he de-frauds people into giving advanced fees for loans that are non existent. The company is owned by Ian Stamp another scammer making money out of people who dont know they are being defrauded.
I have been chasing him for a loan they had promised two years ago. The loan was in the millions and was to be made available within 90 days of making a payment of Euro 250,000 to them.
No loan provided to date. Every time I phone all I get is "Bond returns have not matured" from Belbin. Also that PPF is in the middle of completing a Bank Guarantee trasnaction and they will have millions in the bank very soon. Belbin even lied to me about US$15,000,000.00 he claimed they had in the bank ready for bond holders. That was nearly a year ago and I have not seen one cent.
I have been told that the owner Iain Stmap lives a lavish life in Belgravia London where he owns a property from these deals. He drives a new range rover and spends a lot of his money on holidays.
Please return my money Mr Belbin. I hope Max Belbin goes to jail for what he has done as well as his boss.
