 Purchased a hoverboard from them 5 months ago. Having an issue with it so I went to call them. I have been leaving several messages every week for the past 5 weeks but to this day I have not been able to speak with an actual real person nor in this time has anyone contacted me back. I have left countless messages on there 888 phone number along with there 626 phone number... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! How can they get away with service like this... HOW???
