The sales department is deceptive. They kept me there for almost 5 hours by making an offer that they refused to honor when it came time to sign. BEWARE! Sales Manager Scott Robinson may not be able to deliver what he will have you agree to. Not being able to agree on a deal is fine but when they make an offer in writing to keep you there and then shamelessly refuse to honor that offer is deceptive at best.
