Thid dealership is operating undrr scar tactics and foul business practices.I went on line to find a car filed out the application for financing my vehicle got approved and drove 3 hours to pick up my car only for the dealership to try and pull the okey dokey and tell me that I need 4000.00 down and that I couldn't get the car the bank approved me for. They trid to front load the deal so they could make a 3000 profit. When I said no they told me that they didnt have a car for me and treated me like crap. I was told by the bank to talk to Leddy Douglas because she submitted my deal..rhere were no speacial circumstances and Leddy called me back and her specific words were thati needed to come in and get my car.when I arrived at the dealership Leddy was gone and I was help by a gentleman who had no clue what was going on. NEEDLESS to say I left the dealership and the next morning I tried to call and get the information about my deal and no one would help they would not even let me speak to Leddy Douglas.  A finance manager named Andre cursed me called me ignorant and was buligerant because I ask the for the number to the bank. Horrible service.Fraudulent practice.
