MBP LEGAL McCrohon Bergsen Partners BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID Sydney NSW

Finding a good lawyer is not easy at the best of times but should you by some twist of fate come across MBP Legal Sydney you should run away as fast as you can... the firm is run by Peter McCrohon and his wife Karin Bergseng from offices at 60 York street Sydney. There is not a good word I can say about this firm as from the outset the alarm bells were ringing when Peter tried to "educate" me during his one way diatribe of scattered banter about everything other than the case at hand ( whilst charging me ). You will have no say about how he conducts matters and should you try to effect any control over his abusive billing practices, you will receive verbal abuse that is just not normal in the usual client lawyer relationship. Peter displays characteristics of a juvenile bully and at 59 he should hang up his gloves as practicing lawyer. In my view he uses underhanded tactics to effect leverage in order rack up exorbitant fees that he will then aggressively pursue though all legal means available. In effect your trusted lawyer will become your worst nightmare.

So if you require the legal services of firm that will treat you with complete contempt, direct more vitriol against your than your opposing party and that is only interested in the fees it can extort form you, then MBP is right for you. Don’t take my word for it, try for yourself and soon your too will be adding to this complaint....
