I'm not saying once in a while but costantly when a person goes thru the drive thru at this location they will not recieve everything they order. I feel this practice is intentional to increase the resturants profits. You see by doing it only to the drive thru customers the chances the customer will complain is smaller the if it was to happen inside the resturant. In my case for example: I live outside of town about 20 minutes and when I get home and relize I have been shorted something I normally won't do anything but just chock it off as a loss on my part, because it would cost me more in gas to go back and retrive my missing product than it is worth. What this does however is increase the resturants profits by getting free money for doing nothing.

Imagine out of the 500 customers they see in one day if 100 of them didn't recieve a $1.00 item that would be $100.00 in pure profit for that day. In a years time that would be $36,500. WOW I wish somebody would give me $36,500 for doing nothing. We need to take a stand against McDonalds and stop this practice.

Why not check your order before you leave the window?

AUTHOR: Tallulah-phoebe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 21, 2007

If you live 20 minutes away from the nearest McDonald's and won't return to correct a botched order, then why don't you check your order to make sure it is right BEFORE leaving the drive-through window? If this is truly happening to you as often as you say it is, then it would seem only logical to start checking your order before you leave. Also, if you feel that they are "intentionally ripping you off" then why do you keep returning to this location? Isn't there anywhere else to eat in your one-horse town?

Macdonald's Marketing Skills.

AUTHOR: Stanley - (U.S.A.)

No one has ever said Macdonald's has delicious food. Not even kids. It's the clever sales marketing worldwide which has enabled them to grow to enormous mega-giant fast-food celebrity status.

check your purchase

it doesn't matter how busy they are, always take the time to verify your purchase. i frequent fast food drive thru's and they all make occasional mistakes.
the quality of their employees is the factor in missing or messed up orders.

even the more upscale to go orders have their share of missing or messed up orders (outback steak house, cracker barrel, bob evans, etc..)

i have a family of six and i always check before i leave.

Rush

AUTHOR: Br_lee_jack - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 20, 2007

Were you in line when there was a rush? Many times crew members get confused because of managers telling people to serve off meals from a screen that goes out of the window. Since there are many meals, it gets confusing. We don't want to forget food. It's just how it happens. . . sorry...

What Logic

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

"..if 100 of them didn't receive a $1 item...". You're telling me 100 people didn't bother to look in their bags, to checks their order, before they drive away. That's why I never go through the drive thru
