This Company was paid $500 dollars to help modify my home loan. After they recieved full payment on 10/01 they set me up with HUD who was not much help. When called to check the status of my case I was told it was faxed on the 12 day of may and that if they didn't hear from BOA in 2 weeks they would call them and I should be hearing back from the offices of B.J.C. by the beginning of June.On October 22 I recieved a notice to accelerate payments from BOA stating that I had to pay 4,000.00 by Nover 1, 2009 or they would start foreclosure proceedings. I called the MCLN every day after recieving the N.T.A payments till the 15 day of Oct. I was never able to talk to a live person and none of the messages I left were returned. I finally had to call my mortgage lender because I was in jeopardy of being foreclosed on. I stated the urgency of my calls when i left messages for employees at this company. Today is November 21, 2009 and I still have not heard from anyone at MCLN. Once they recieved full payment they failed to return my calls. As a matter of fact my lender says the only paperwork they recieved was a third party authorization form. My lender informed me that they never recieved the hardship packet that mcln had me fill out. I still may lose my home and am unsatisfied. This seems like a major scam.I am prepared to contact the ATT. Gen. | ||

This seems to be one of four posts by the same person using different names and locations as they all came from the same IP address within a half hour of each other. In fact, this post seems to be directed at another company entirely.
MCLN does not do loan modifications so we dont send documents or paperwork to the bank. There is no way the lender received a third party authorization from MCLN. We work with other companies that perform those services. MCLN also logs and records every phone call received and we cannot locate any messages around these time periods. If this person would like to call the 888 number on our website, they can speak with someone immediately. Someone always answers the phone.
