MCR REALTY MARIO GONZALEZ is committing Fraud. I'm sorry for all we are getting Fraud by him. On August 2015 I also place an offer on one Short Sale this guy listed. Unfortunately he has never answer calls only email and he will only tell you everything is going good. Thanks to previous complain I read here, I open my eyes and I started and search on this company. I found out my $10,000 deposit which supposed to go to MCR Realty Escrow Company does not exist. All his phone numbers where guiding me to same address but under different companie's name but never a Real State company. I looking Forward to do whatever it takes to make this Guy be Responsible and getting him and jail!

Same thing happened to me with this company! They sold me a house, I put $20K deposit into their escrow company and now they will not refund me. It's been over a year.

Yes, My agent had to go directly to their office and Requested My Refund. Of course nobody want to answer any questions. Until My Agent had to raised his voice and threatened them that Police will be called if there was not a Refund Right away. After the confrontation it took around 4 days to received a Refund check.... Good luck! Anything I will be happy to go against them
