Meagan Germaine Individual used our services. A month later she refuted the service on her American Express Credit Card Sunnyvale California

On 10/18/17 - 10/24/18 Meagan Germaine used our boarding services to board her dog CJ.  She paid $216.00 for the services via American Express Credit Card.  A month later she denied the charge.  I unfortunately did not receive the complaint in time, and missed the dispute filing date by one day.  The credit card companies are not very forgiving to the merchant and refunded her the money back.  I wrote her several times trying to get the money back and she never responded.  This scam is used by many customers, who know that sometimes by denying a charge, the merchant may miss the very short window they have to respond to the Credit Card company and so they basically get the service for free.  I have copies of the contract she signed.  And the credit card receipt she signed.
