Media Corporation - Earl Pardo Did not meet the obligations of the signed Marketing Services agreement Overland Park, Kansas

I entered into an agreement with Media Corporation in December of 2011 to market and sell a product that I had developed and patented. Their end of the agreement was to develop a TV ad and also run the ad on a TBD basis with the idea that both parties would share in the profits from the sales. My part was to pay them $8500 for the ad and $2000 for the ad time which I did.

Media Corporation did meet part of the agreement however the quality of the ad was very poor. However the second part of the agreement to run the ad on TV was never completed. This occurred despite the fact that I called repeatedly asking them to schedule and run the ad. They did provide two plans to run the add however nothing was ever offered up as proof that it was run. They last time I talked to Earl Pardo he told me to 'stop calling him'.

The stories provided by Earl Pardo also changed after I made the $8500 ad payment. I was told that the existing parts that I had would be drop shipped to the agency running the ad. However when the media plan was provided Earl told me that I could ship the parts that were sold later. I knew then I was in trouble and after the 'stop calling me' comment I decided to go public to hopefully help prevent others from falling for this same questionable business practice.
