Medical Service's group Loise garcia is the person i talked to. They called me for a pain lotion and took all my insurance info then hung up on me. I called back to talk to the supervisor and his name was kevin and he to hung up on me Wilmington Florida Florida

These people took my insurance info for a pain lotion that they said would get approval from my Dr. And insurance and the once they got my info they hung up on me. I called back to talk to a supervisor and his name was kevin after i asked him if this was a legit company he said i was rude and hung up on me. I called back and the same original person i talked to said that someone would contact me in a couple of days her name is loise garcia which i doubt is her name.
