My 80-year-old mother-in-law order cholesterol pills from medicalprovisions.com on 9/4/13. She paid through PayPal, ($109.89), and naturally, her account was charged immediately. Trusting soul that she is, she placed another order for $117.90 on November 3. Total of $227.79 charged to her account.

Long story short, I am writing this on December 28, and absolutely no product has been received. Neither has any money been refunded. My mother-in-law has contacted the company no less than 14 times by email to get the situation resolved and has received absolutely no response.

I am going to take this complaint to the company directly. I will post whatever results I get, if any.
