I found Medix in May or June of this year right after I graduated from college. I applied for a few different jobs located in Lakewood, NJ and received a call from Kyle at Medix. He told me he was a recreuitment advisor and had a few jobs lined up that would (hopefully) fit my degree and expertise. We had a Facetime interview the next day and a week later he had set up a face-to-face interview at a company for me. We spoke a few times before that interview where he coached me and tried to give me some pointers for the interview. I spoke to Kyle again one more time after the interview. He told me he would be in touch after he spoke with the company regarding my interview, but that was 3 months ago and I haven't received a response. My calls and emails to Kyle have gone unanswered. I'm not sure what happened but it would have been better to get a response as opposed to being in the dark this whole time. Their lack of follow-up rubbed me the wrong way and I'm upset I ever wasted my time with them and shared so much personal information with them.
