I can only say what I said in my complaint letter to this site, note this is the third complaint without a response. These online affair companies do not expect a complaint to go outside their domain, I would just like to make others aware of this ripp off and warn them to keep their money.

Since joining your site I have sent 108 contact requests, I have received around 10 contact request refusals and that they would be deleted from my contacts. That should leave me with 98 contacts where as I have still have 108 contacts.

My belief is that these refusals are computer generated just to keep members thinking they are actually communicating with someone, also that the new potential contacts are also randomly generated.

The member contacts are so similar there is no way of telling if they are legitimate or computer generated, there is no provision for users to add a personal message to their profile to make it seem genuine.

Members that may have joined free and not become a premium member will probably abandon their account, not able to send and receive emails and not contactable. Also members like me who are about to abandon their accounts, although paid up or expired will remain as a member to make the numbers up.

I believe this site is a complete rip-off with taking your money being the priority. I would advise people looking for an affair to go to the pub and spend their money there, they have more potential of finding an affair there than on your website.

I also made a request for a refund as I found the site not to be as expected; I never got a response from yourselves and believe you are not focused on customer satisfaction.
