Mega furniture A whole bunch of liars and bad customer service breach of contracts cheap product and unfair Phoenix Arizona

On February 2 2014 I bought a sofa and recliner set from mega furniture. I thought I was getting a good deal paid around $1000.00 for the furniture when I purchased the furniture the sales lady was telling me all these warranties I had and that if anything was to break during the first year they would fix or replace. Well in 3 months my sofa and recliner started to fall apart.

 First I called them to come fix the cheap furniture and they told me it would be 1 to 3 weeks before they can come out and and try to fix the sofa. They would charge me $45 just to come out or I could bring the recliner to them to fix. When I bought the crappy furniture I was never told about a $45 fee.They ended up fixing that part a month later which I had to bring myself to there warehouse.

  So a couple of months later both my sofa and recliner broke again. I called the customer service on December 28 2014 and told them the problem regarding my furniture. The customer service lady again said it would be 1 to 3 weeks before we can come out. I waited and waited and waited a month had passed. I called back and they said sorry we forgot about you and also now your warranty is no good. The lady said we cannot honor your warranty no more because they can't get the parts due to they don't deal with that manufacture no more. I told them who's fault is that I was told I had a year warranty basically she said sorry it is what is. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course he or she is not there nor will they return my calls.

 So now I got furniture that does not work that no one can sit on out of $1000.00 that didnt last a year. I feel they have breached contract and they said oh well. I even told them just replace my furniture or give me a store credit something. Word of advice stay far far AWAY!!!!!!!
