Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
when I join up for a 3day sample of their download services they do not cancel my account when I ask them to,they continue to debit my bank account weeks after I tried to cancel the sevices and I even get two e-mail with confirmation of succesfull cancellation. Nor could I even get their dowload site to function in the 3 day trial.
