MEGAZONE, INC. OR AKA JUMP FOR JOY RUDE, RIPOFF AND RUINED MY SON'S BIRTHDAY BY CALLING POLICE SANTA FE SPRINGS California

I ordered the Water Laser Tag for my son's 12th Brithday Party. They were 1/2 hour late for setup. The guy who set it up had no clue how to set it up. They did not bring extension cords as promised. This is a 8 person game. They brought 3 guns and 8 vests. I called the company and the girl was EXTREMELY rude and said they would have someone out within 30 minutes with the guns. My party was from 12-4. At 240 the guy (who spoke no english) showed up with the guns. I had not paid them for the laser tag. It was agreed to pay when the guns appeared within 30 minutes.

I called the company and spoke with the rude lady again. I told her I would pay 1/2 the money since I would have it for 1/2 the time. She then had the owner call me.

He screamed at me for approx 10 minutes and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He called me pretty much every name in the book. He then called the police on us and reported the unit stolen. His workers showed up and we tried to explain the situation to him. He completely understood as this was the second time that day this happened. We told him we offered 1/2 the money. After an hour, the police still hadn't shown up and we just gave the unit back.

I asked the owner to come out to the house so we could talk. He refused.

Bottom line -- DO NOT RENT FROM MEGAZONE!!! They also have a facility in Corona, CA. Do not visit there. There are plenty of other play places to give your money to.
