Mem Property owned by Martin H. Laderman is the property management company used for Renaissance Station in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Mem Property does not care about our community or its residents. The entire complex is in shambles and looks more like a war torn city than a residential community. The entrance is an eyesore, the streets and driveways are crumbling, the property is full of weeds, the street lights are broken, the complex is full of trash, and worse of all the management company will not answer us to address these issues. 

We have grouped together as a community and have reached out to Martin H. Laderman who is the owner of Mem Property. He has ignored our requests and has denied managing the complex and has threateded us with lawsuits. We demand that our property is taken care of or our next course of action is to sue for lack of sevices. The pictures speak for themselves. We will not be silenced Mr. Laderman, our numbers are growing on a daily basis and you will not beat us.
