MemberPromotions.com - RewardsGateway.com Ripoff Stole My Money and failed to ship product! Woodland Hills California

On 8/13/2005, this company advertised on memberpromotions.com that if you complete a total of six offers (2 silver, 2 gold, 2 platinum), they will send you a $500 gift card to Sams Club/Walmart. The cost to complete the six offers ranges. My cost was roughly $300. Because I'd be getting a gift card worth $200 more than that, it seemed worth it.

On 8/13/2005, I completed the required six offers (aol, real rhapsody, cash back for shopping. The website requires that I wait a maximum of 4 weeks to receive credit for these offers. I got credit for only 2 of the offers. Because I can't get my $500 gift card until I get credit for all 6 offers, this is a problem.

Therefore, I contacted the company via email to explain that I completed the 6 offers, but only got credit for 2. After a long run-around and many canned responses to my emails, I finally got an email back from them on 11/23/2005. That email said I needed to fax my reciepts to them in order to prove I completed the required 6 offers. At that point, they would then manually credit my account for the other 4 offers.

I sent in my fax in November 2005 with the information they requested. Since then, they have contacted me only ONCE (3/23/2006). Their email said: "Hello, I apologize for the confusion regarding the requirements for receiving the reward. Please review our terms and conditions at this link: As you can see, it's another canned email. I am not confused regarding the requirements for the reward. I have already completed all the requirements back in August 2005!

As of right now, it's 35 weeks later (more than half a year). I am out my $300 with no $500 gift card they were supposed to send. I am extremely irriated and frustrated. This company is pure evil.
