It is a simple scam, really. Sign up a company to a cleaning contract with several key provisions, including not allowing us to pay the cleaner directly penalties and not allowing us to cancel easily.

Then just continue to bill us, take our money, and send the cleaner, and then slow down payments and eventually stop paying the cleaner. By the time the cleaner himself asks us directly if we have been paying our bills to the firm, MemberServ, the phone and fax numbers have been disconnected.

As much as we would like to help the victim, the, hard working cleaner himself, the same person who did this to him, Mr. R. Avery Stone, is so low as to have no hesitation to sue us for the five times monthly salary penalty for our decency.

This person should be in prison for theft.
